What exactly is an “eBook”?

An eBook is an electronic (or digital) version of a book (the word eBook is short for “Electronic Book”!). EBooks can be downloaded straight to your computer whilst connected to the internet. The eBooks promoted by LifeWise Books are PDF (Portable Document Format) files. You can open and read them on your computer screen‚ or print them out and read them away from your computer just like a regular book. You can open and read PDF eBooks on both Windows and Macintosh formatted computers.

Can I get a hard copy version of an eBook?

No‚ the eBooks promoted by LifeWise Books are only available as digital books‚ i.e. in electronic format‚ as PDF files. However this means that you won’t wait for delivery — you can receive the information immediately. Furthermore if you prefer reading from paper (away from your computer)‚ you can always print out the eBook!

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment transactions are processed by ClickBank®. They currently accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa‚ Visa Debit‚ MasterCard‚ Master Debit‚ American Express‚ Discover‚ Diners Club and JCB. ClickBank® also allows you to pay via your PayPal® account. They also accept online payment via your personal or business checking account (for U.S. bank accounts only).

I do not want to pay online — can I send a check or money order to you or ClickBank?

No. The eBook authors only accept payment through ClickBank and ClickBank only accepts payment by credit/debit card through their secure online order form. They also accept payments via their secure online order form by checks (for U.S. bank accounts only) and PayPal for most eBooks.

How much is the eBook in my currency?

The eBooks are priced in US Dollars. If you’re ordering from outside the USA‚ and want to know what the approximate price will be in your own currency‚ visit The Universal Currency Converter and follow the instructions provided.

Is my order information safe?

How and when will my purchase be delivered?

Immediately after your order is processed you will be directed to the eBook author’s website’s “Thank You/Download” page‚ where you’ll receive instructions on how to download your eBook(s). It’s a very quick‚ easy and secure process‚ therefore you can start reading the information within minutes of ordering!

Do I need special software to download and then read the eBook?

PDF eBooks can be read on any computer‚ however you must have the free Adobe Reader software to open the file after downloading it. Your computer most likely already has Adobe Reader installed. If you don’t already have it‚ you can download the latest version for free directly from Adobe’s website.

Some eBook authors will package up their PDF eBooks within a WinZip file to speed up the download process. To access the PDF eBook(s) from within the WinZip file (after downloading it to your computer)‚ you must have the WinZip file utility. Your computer most likely already has WinZip installed. If you don’t already have it‚ you can download the latest evaluation version for free directly from WinZip’s website.

What if I have problems with downloading the eBook?

Please make sure you have followed the instructions provided at eBook author’s “Thank You/Download” page‚ the page where you are able to download your eBooks following your purchase. If this has not worked‚ or you are still unsure on how to proceed‚ email the author directly for assistance. They will usually provide a contact email on their “Thank You/Download” page‚ as well as in the Receipt emailed to you by ClickBank®. You will also be able to find the author’s email address on the website page on which the eBook is featured.

Remember‚ the eBook author is an expert on the delivery process itself and can give you personalized technical support. Please be patient and allow the author two business days to respond. If you have contacted the eBook author‚ but after two business days the issue remains unresolved‚ we’ll be happy to assist you directly.

How can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

After I order‚ will the eBook’s author answer my questions?

I can’t officially answer on behalf of the eBook authors‚ however my experience has been that they’re all willing to offer after–sale support. The eBooks promoted by LifeWise Books are usually self–published works‚ based on the author’s personal experience and/or extensive research‚ therefore they’re usually able to answer all your questions in relation to the eBook’s topic.

The best way to contact the eBook’s author is by email. LifeWise Books will always provide the author’s email address on the website page on which the eBook is featured. Also‚ most author’s will provide their personal email address within the eBook itself‚ as well as within post–purchase support emails. Furthermore‚ ClickBank® will always provide you with the author’s technical support email address as part of your purchase Receipt. Therefore you’ll always be able to contact the eBook author with any questions you may have.

Can I share the eBook with my family and friends?

Absolutely not! The eBook’s content is the exclusive property of the author/publisher and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The download of the eBook(s) is for your personal (non–commercial) use only. This means that you can download the eBook(s) to one or more computers that are for your personal use‚ but you are not permitted to post it‚ install it or distribute it in a manner that allows access by others.
